Magical sound bath experience to take place in Glencree Valley woodlands.

Offered by certified sound healer and artist Maïa Nunes, this forest sound bath will use vocal resonance and a variety of healing instruments to bring balance and harmony to all those who attend.

Attendees should gather outside Knockree Youth Hostel at 11.15 to walk down to the forest site together. Bring a blanket or a picnic mat to lie down on, a bottle of water and a raincoat just in case!
